  • You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room to benefit. Many women find that the safety and structure of The Right Room actually helps them speak more freely over time. You’re encouraged to participate at your own pace.

  • You’ll be thoughtfully paired with another woman in the cohort. Most buddies connect weekly or bi-weekly between calls to check in, talk through challenges, and support follow-through. The goal is consistency and for this to be a supportive relationship (not one more thing you have to do).

  • While live presence is encouraged, sessions are recorded. That said, the real value comes from being in the room, engaging in the conversation, and benefiting from the group dynamic.

  • We run three cycles annually. Many women choose to stay for additional cycles. As your business evolves, the questions you bring to the room evolve too… and the support continues to deepen.
